Product Information & Availability

All artwork, prints, and products are subject to availability.

Limited edition prints are produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Made-to-Order Products

Many items are made to order. Production begins after purchase. Because of this, cancellations and modifications may not be possible once production has started.

Original Artwork

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and sold as final sale unless damaged in transit.

Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom or commissioned artwork is created at the artist’s discretion and creative direction.

Commissioned work is non-refundable once work has begun.

Commissioned artwork does not include revision rounds unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

The final piece reflects the artist’s interpretation of the agreed concept.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Color & Display Disclaimer

We make every effort to display artwork colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true color of the product.

Minor variations in color, cropping, and size may occur due to production processes.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Lajoie Creations and are protected by copyright laws.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright ownership.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution & Venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of this website, or any purchase made through this site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
