Refund policy

Returns

All products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Ordering by mistake

Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Color Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. Variations can occur due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Minor color differences are not considered defects.

Size & Cropping Variations

Due to the production and trimming process, slight size variations (typically within 1/8" to 1/4") may occur.

When artwork is offered in multiple sizes, slight cropping adjustments may be necessary to maintain proper proportions and composition. These minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

Original Artwork

All original artwork sales are final.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

If damage occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographic documentation.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints are produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.

The artist’s signature appears as part of the artwork design itself. Limited edition prints are not individually hand-signed or hand-numbered.

Due to their limited availability, all limited edition sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If a replacement is required and the edition has sold out, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom or commissioned artwork is created at the artist’s discretion and creative direction.

Because each commissioned piece is uniquely created, all custom work is non-refundable once work has begun.

Commissioned artwork does not include revision rounds unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

The final piece reflects the artist’s style and interpretation of the agreed concept. Minor variations in composition, color, and detail are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

Framing & Material Variations 

If purchasing framed or mounted artwork, natural variations in materials such as wood grain, finish, or texture may occur. These variations are part of the production process and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, a replacement will be sent promptly.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order is marked delivered, we are not responsible for carrier errors or theft.

If a package is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier), please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Because items are made to order, refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced

  • The item is confirmed lost in transit

  • An error occurred in production

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.

Orders cannot be refunded due to incorrect address entry once production has begun.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
